 Manual Deskewing
 
5.
 Manual Despeckling (thorough “cleaning”)
 
6.
Precise Positioning of the Image on a new canvas of required size.
 
7.
 OCR
 
8.
Post OCR spell check
 
9.
 100% proof reading and corrections
 
10.
 Building of Table of Contents and Indexes
 
11.
 Re-Creation of Tables
 
12.
 Insertion of Images as per the original document
 
13.
 Creation of PDF of required type using either PDF Writer and/or Distiller.
 
14.
 Further Compressing PDF file to get a compact PDF

Whereas first seven steps are carried out by default for all Tiff files other processes depend on the choice of PDF types and quality specifications.
